Here is a list of the top three places on my body where I have the most pain:
- Thighs - I can barely climb the steps
- Stomach - from low to high, even breathing hurts.
- The sides of my lower back - are they called my obliques?
But it's good pain, not bad. I've already decided to go back for more tomorrow.

don't forget to eat. you need protein when you workout that hard
susan: good for you for going for it! but to me it sounds excessive to do 2 back to back. why not do a pump/weight and then a cardio?
